Some of my relatives made these for a living. Even new they were falling to bits. I once went round a roundabout in one as a child and the rear door just flew open next to me. My cousins two year old example only had 2nd and 4th gears. My mother would never put our luggage in any of them as the boots were always oily from transporting car parts and spare oil.
